Who we are
M95 Restaurant Group is run by M95 Kitchen Limited (company number 16241248, registered office 5 Trinity Street, Dorchester DT1 1TU) with our restaurant companies: M95 Lymington Ltd (Rivaaz, Lymington), Sundorbon Brothers Ltd (The Sundorbon, Bridport) and M95 Dorchester Ltd (The Sundorbon, Dorchester). What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, m95restaurants.com, and through M95 Ads Connector, our own tool for managing Google Ads accounts and Google Business Profiles.
Information we collect on this website
Investor enquiries: your name, email address, phone number (optional), investor type, investment interest and message.
Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, preferred location, the role you are applying for, your availability, whether you have the right to work in the UK, and anything you tell us about your experience.
Technical information: our website is hosted by Wix, which uses cookies and collects standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, so the site works securely and we can see how it is used.
How we use it
We use the information you send us only to reply to your enquiry, to assess and manage your job application, and to run and improve this website. Under UK data protection law we rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (job applications), our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and running our business, and our legal obligations, such as right-to-work checks.
M95 Ads Connector and Google user data
M95 Ads Connector is an internal tool used only by M95 staff to report on and manage Google Ads accounts and Google Business Profiles, both for our own restaurants and for businesses that ask us to manage their advertising. It connects to Google only after an authorised user signs in with their Google account and grants permission.
Data it accesses:
Google Ads (Google Ads API): account details, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, assets such as images, callouts and sitelinks, location and schedule targeting, budgets, conversion settings and performance statistics.
Google Business Profile (Business Profile APIs): profile details such as name, address, opening hours, description, categories and attributes, plus posts, photos, reviews and performance statistics.
How we use it: only to show reports and to make changes that the account holder, or the M95 manager they have authorised, has asked for. Every change is previewed and approved before it is applied. We do not sell Google user data, use it to build advertising profiles, use it to train AI models, or use it for anything unrelated to managing those accounts.
Who it is shared with: only the services needed to run the tool: Google, which provides the APIs, and Anthropic, whose Claude AI assistant we use to read reports and prepare changes on our instructions. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
Storage and security: the tool runs on M95’s own computer. Its Google sign-in token is held in M95’s private, access-controlled storage and is never shared. Account data is fetched when it is needed and is not copied into a separate database.
Limited Use: M95 Ads Connector’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove the tool’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or ask us to stop managing your account.
Who we share website information with
Website enquiries and applications are stored by Wix, our website host, and emailed to our team at m95restaurants.com addresses. We share job application details only with the M95 company and managers responsible for the role. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years and job applications for up to 12 months after the role is filled. If you join us, your application becomes part of your staff record. Google user data from M95 Ads Connector is kept only as long as needed to complete the task it was fetched for.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@m95restaurants.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
